He provides services for all types of hair and precision cuts (long, short, curly, straight, designs, etc.). Though constantly on the road traveling with his Celebrity Clientele, his down time is spent in his hometown of Brooklyn crafting styles at Changing Faces Salon (692 Fulton Street).
Vernon's unique abilities, extraordinary talent, extroverted personality and passion for all things art caught the eyes of many high-profile individuals who called upon him for his services. His impressive list includes, but is not limited to, the likes of: Maxwell (Columbia recording artist), Guy Torey, Ne-Yo, Pharrell Williams, Musiq Soulchild, Common, Jermaine Dupri, Dead Prez and more.
Vernon has been called to work wherever he is needed whether it's in London to groom Pharrell, or on tour with Maxwell (Black Summer Nights US tour, May 09- June 2010 and European tour October-November 2009). His work with Maxwell can also be seen in GQ and Instyle magazines, not to mention countless videos and awards and television programs (including the Grammyęs & B.E.T. Awards).
Though constantly striving to add more names to his already awe-inspiring list of high-exposure clientele, Vernon is also an Educator and an innovator of new style techniques, and seeks to share his skills with up and coming young barbers as well as seasoned barbers looking to step up their game. His work speaks for itself and his goal and vision is to share, educate and motivate on all levels, for all demographics in various and groundbreaking capacities.
