We are happy to offer free U.S. Ground shipping for orders during free shipping deal times. Please sign up for our emails and coupons for specials. Please note that free shipping cannot be combined with other offers.

Yes! Your privacy is definitely a priority! Our shipments come from Customer Service (the word "wigs" is nowhere to be found).

What happens if I change my mind after I order?
We move fast! Our priority is getting items delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. We do, however, we will do our best to fulfill the change of order if you change your mind after placing an order. Just email us ASAP. The change is not guaranteed.
What happens if I want to exchange my purchase?
We want you to be happy. This is why we offer an exchange policy! Please feel free to exchange any eligible item. We make it easy by including a form online. As we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products, you can choose to return eligible items but a 25% restocking fee is applied. Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied, please follow the guidelines detailed below, and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase.
Our goal is your total satisfaction! If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange, return or get in store credit on most items, less shipping, within 30 days. We gladly accept exchanges or returns on all eligible products (see below). We do not sell refurbished or previously owned products, therefore, in order to return these products to the manufacturer, a 20% restocking fee will be applied for all returned merchandise. However, exchanges have a 10% restocking fee.
The same credit card and shipping method submitted with your original order will apply for your exchange order, unless specified otherwise on the exchange note. Any balance remaining after your exchange will be kept as an in store credit. Shipping fee will not be credited or refunded with any return.
We do not re-sell any returned wigs. So we may protect all our customers from any bacteria or odors and you can buy with confidence. Wigs must be in original and perfect factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached) and in original packaging. Odor-Free (Any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for any return). Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receiving your original order.How fast can I expect a credit to be reflected on my credit card account?
It may take 4-5 business days for your exchange/return to reach us. But once it is received we move quickly to inspect items and process any refunds to be automatically applied back to your original payment method. While we usually take less than 2 days to manage this process, your credit card company may take from 2-10 additional business days to post credits to your account.
